Traffic is building on a road in Peterborough after a three-vehicle crash earlier this morning (December 2).
Emergency services were called to the A15 at Gunthorpe at around 8.15am after reports of the collision.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said details of injuries are "unclear" at this stage but are not thought to be life threatening.
It is understood that "rubbernecking" caused a minor collision on the opposite carriageway.
They added: "Officers are at the scene and although details of injuries are unclear on our logs they’re not thought to be life threatening.
"No arrests at this time and no mention of whether the road has cleared yet.
"There is a brief mention on our logs of a collision on the opposite carriageway, but no reported damage and no need for police to attend."
