A Peterborough company has been crowned the HR Consultancy of the Year.
Vero HR scooped the award at the 2024 Personnel Today Awards, which were held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on November 19.
Judges were impressed by the firm's "personalised approach to HR consultancy" and the "depth of Vero's contributions, particularly managing difficult situations for clients."
They said the company's efforts had saved clients money and resulted in a 96 per cent client retention rate.
Mike Kealey, Vero HR's founder and CEO, said: "Being named HR Consultancy of the Year is an incredible achievement and a true reflection of the hard work and expertise of our team.
"At Vero HR, we are passionate about transforming HR into a strategic asset for our clients, and this award demonstrates the impact of our efforts."
The company, which is turning 20 in 2025, was also a finalist in two other award categories on the night – the Talent Management Award and the Early Careers Award.
