Two men are due to appear in court following a fight in Peterborough city centre.
Police were made aware of the incident in Cathedral Square on Thursday afternoon after it was called up by council enforcement officers.
A neighbourhood officer and some student officers who were preparing to start their attachment with the neighbourhood teams were nearby so attended the incident.
Two men in their 20s were then arrested and charged with affray, and are due to appear in court later this month.
They have both also been issued with Community Protection Warnings (CPWs) which bans them from entering Peterborough city centre without reasonable excuse.
