An inquest has been opened into the death of a man in Peterborough in a case that led to two men being charged with his murder.
Benjamin Procter, 19, was found unresponsive at the Wellington Street car park and he died in the early hours of September 16.
Two Peterborough men have since been charged with his murder.
Four men have also been arrested and bailed on suspicion of assisting an offender.
At a brief hearing to open Mr Procter’s inquest, it was revealed medics conducted CPR for more than 40 minutes in an attempt to save his life.
Caroline Jones, an area coroner for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, explained a forensic post-mortem was carried out but the results are unascertained and pending further examination.
She said: “Therefore the matter is being opened and listed before me as coroner and will be suspended for the police investigations to be continued.
“I do extend my condolences at this time to the family of Benjamin Procter and further information will be available whilst the police investigation is concluded.”
The inquest opening was held at Lawrence Court, in Huntingdon, on Thursday (October 17).

Shwan Sabah, 23, of, Holdich Street and Ako Mohammad, 33, of Lincoln Road have now both appeared in court charged with murder.
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in connection with the incident.
They are a 28-year-old man, of Margate, Kent; a 35-year-old man, of Dudley; and a 36-year-old, of Llaneli, Wales. They have been bailed until December 22.
Another 39-year-old man, of Peterborough, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice. He has been bailed until December 18.
