An uninsured driver on a provisional licence crashed their vehicle into a parked car after failing to stop for police in Peterborough.
The incident happened at 10.25pm on Sunday September 15 in Park Road, Millfield.
After police found the driver and their passenger only had provisional licences, and therefore no insurance, their car was then seized.
