A new wellbeing restaurant has opened at Peterborough City Hospital.
The newly renovated space aims to offer a relaxing retreat for hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
The restaurant, situated away from the hospital's clinical setting, promotes healthy eating and provides a welcoming environment.
It boasts a wide menu catering to various dietary preferences, ensuring there is something for everyone.
A key feature is the spacious outdoor seating area, surrounded by greenery, providing a tranquil setting for meals or snacks.
This calming escape is intended to help reduce stress for both staff and patients.
Joel Harrison, chief finance officer for North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Peterborough City Hospital, said: “It’s great to have a new restaurant that is modern and vibrant and has been designed with the needs of patients, visitors and staff in mind.
"It offers a wide range of cuisines to suit everyone’s tastes and our staff benefit from reduced prices.
"The Wellspring restaurant is more than just a place to eat, it’s a hub designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of everyone who walks through its doors.”
