A national cinema chain is set to open an eight-screen venue in Peterborough.
The site, located at Queensgate Shopping Centre, will be the company's first location in Cambridgeshire.
A spokesperson for Odeon said "Odeon Luxe Peterborough boasts eight large screens with the clearest sound and brightest picture, including the immersive power of IMAX.
"The new site also boasts cutting-edge sound technology powered by Dolby and will offer more than 600 luxury seats."
Suzie Welch, managing director UKI, ODEON Cinemas Group, said: "We're thrilled to join the Queensgate family and bring unparalleled cinematic experiences to Peterborough.
"Get ready to make memories and enjoy our fantastic food and beverage options!"
The new site - which is set to open later this year- will create 40 jobs in the local area.
