Paul Bristow has issued an apology after losing his Peterborough seat in the 2024 General Election.
Mr Bristow had served as the Conservative MP for Peterborough since 2019, but that all changed on July 4 2024, when the Labour candidate, Andrew Pakes, unseated him by 118 votes.

"A close result, losing by just 118 votes. I’m proud to have secured £125 million for the City. Locally - this was my loss.
"To my supporters - I am sorry it wasn’t quite enough."
