Two new retail outlets are set to move into Long Causeway in Peterborough.
Savills, on behalf of Cannoncourt, has agreed two new leases at 32 and 33 Long Causeway.
Morley’s Outdoor and Workwear, a clothing shop, will occupy 33 Long Causeway comprising 2,137 sq ft, across ground and first floors.
Smoknic, an electronic cigarette company, has committed to 32 Long Causeway totalling 645 sq ft, over a single floor for a five year term.
Located on Long Causeway, the buildings benefit from close proximity to Peterborough’s city centre, Queensgate Shopping Centre and Cathedral Square.
Nearby occupiers include Boots, Metro Bank, Wagamama's, Burger King and Café Nero.
James Anderson in the commercial agency team at Savills, Peterborough, said: “Long Causeway is a prime retail location and both Morley’s and Smoknic can expect to benefit from the footfall of Queensgate shopping centre and the city centre.
Smoknic is expanding into Peterborough while Morley’s is upsizing from their space in Hereward Cross.”
