A driver faces prosecution after his van was seized by Cambridgeshire Police officers on the A47.
The force attended a broken down van on the side of the A47 near Thorpe Wood, on the route to Wittering.
After a few checks, it was discovered that the vehicle was untaxed.
As a result, the van has now been taken off of the roads, and the driver is being prosecuted.
