Cambridgeshire police officers gave up their own free time last weekend to support a charity tractor run.
Officers from the Rural Crime Action Team (RCAT) attended the Newborough YFC event held on Sunday May 19.
The 11th charity tractor run, which fundraised for the East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity, involved more than 50 tractors travelling through northern Peterborough and the Deepings.
Police Sergeant Tom Nuttall said: "We were more than happy to support Newborough Young Farmers and the event. We helped with the smooth running, and got to meet those supporters who came out to cheer on and donate.
"RCAT want to support our rural communities, through crime prevention and engagement and this event showed just that.”
A spokesperson from Newborough YFC added: "Thanks to everyone for coming out to watch us and see us at the farm and at the field!
"Thanks for the support from the police, our volunteers, our sponsors and our members for making this event possible!"
