A spokesperson for Queensgate has confirmed the popular coffee brand, Black Sheep Coffee, who is preparing for its regional debut in Peterborough and should be open by end of August.
The café will be moving into a 1,800 sq ft kiosk unit on the ground floor of the centre, opposite Primark. This unit was formerly occupied by Costa Coffee.
The café will have the brand’s iconic coffee menu, boasting 10 per cent speciality grade Robusta beans, alongside Norwegian waffles, bagels, toasties, and smoothie bowls, as well as an assortment of cakes, pastries, and light bites.
Preparations for the coffee shop’s opening have been in progress for months including signage around the kiosk, with little progress which has led to speculations from shoppers wondering if and when Black Sheep would start brewing.
