Cambridgeshire: Traffic and travel updates for June 30

Race for Life in Sunday, July 2 in Cambridge

Stagecoach East says some of its buses will be diverted between 9am and 2pm due to the event taking place in the city. This will affect the A5 and A6 and Madingley park-and-ride.

Great Northern Trains

Amended timetable in place with fewer services between July 3-8. Services will be busier than usual says Great Northern. Queues are likely and some people may not be able to board their service. Allow extra time for journeys.

Doddington Road – Chatteris   

The road will be closed to all motor vehicles for three days between June 26 and July 4 for grip fibre works—weather-dependent works. 

Victoria Street – Littleport   

The road will be closed to all motor vehicles between June 28-30 due to works by Anglian Water. 

Devonshire Road - Cambridge  

The road will be closed to all motor vehicles on July 2 between 9:30am and 3:30pm due to works by Openreach.  

Royston Road - Litlington  

The road will be closed both ways to all traffic on July 2 between 1:35am and 6:35am due to works by Network Rail. 

Doddington Road - Chatteris  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between July 2-3 between 9:30am and 2:30pm daily for carriageway works.  

Harston Road - Newton  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles on July 4 due to works by UK Power Networks.  

Scotland Road - Dry Drayton  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between July 3-5 due to works by Cambridge Water. 

Church Street - Holme  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles on July 5 due to works by Anglian Water.  

Ramnoth Road – Wisbech 

The road is closed until July 5 due to emergency repairs by UK Power Networks. 

Cock Bank - Whittlesey  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between July 3-5 due to works by Anglian Water.  

Churchfield Avenue and Holme Way - Sawston  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between July 3-6 due to works by Cambridge Water.  

St Anns Lane - Godmanchester  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between July 4-6 due to works by Anglian Water. 

Cross Street - Farcet  

The road will be closed to all motor vehicles between July 3-7 due to works by Cadent Gas.  

Church Lane - Gamlingay  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between July 3-7 due to works by Cambridge Water  

Hall Barn Road - Isleham  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between July 3-7 due to works by Anglian Water.  

Burrowmoor Road - March  

The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between July 5-7 for carriageway works.
