Peterborough dance promoters UNDER will host a festival in August featuring some of the most popular artists in the electronic music scene.
With two stages and 10 hours of pure party vibes, it will be the first festival featuring two stages – one devoted to house and the other to drum n bass.
Taking place on Saturday August 12 from noon to 10pm, tickets are selling fast, and is well worth the £30 entry with its stellar line-up.
The house stage is curated by Mixology and features Richy Ahmed, Alisha, Maur, Murphy’s Law, ADR, Micah Baxter. Also Charlie Higney B2B with Wigs, Hansel & Gretel, James Chan B2B with Tom Skinner plus Louis Jones B2B with Toby Graham.
The drum n bass stage is curated by Unitee featuring Hedex, Vibe Chemistry, Charlie Tee, Disrupta, Emily Makis, Issey Cross and DKOI> also DSIRE, Gotham, HI Phi, Instant, Kloak, RC Origins, Subsinner and Tredda. Featuring MCs Buzz B, D Man, Drax, Eksman, IC3, Kkoi, Linden D, MCBC, Mookz, Savvy B, TJay and Twin FX.
The venue, UNDER, is exactly what it says it is. Under a bridge. The Nene flyover to be precise (close to the Orton Mere car park).
Situated in idyllic surroundings, the location is traditionally more used to seeing dog walkers than ravers, but whoever considered this for a music venue is pure genius.
The location works exceedingly well, mixing the concrete, industrial feel of a warehouse party alongside the beautiful, scenic landscapes of the River Nene and Nene Park.
